What we collect
When you submit the Register Interest form we collect your name, organisation, role or title, work email, country, organisation type, stated areas of interest, your responses about AI systems and proof-of-concept participation, and any free-text description you provide.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to shape the proposed Safe Haven architecture and assurance framework, and to discuss potential pilots, policy engagement, partnership or funding. We do not sell your information.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled register and retained only while the initiative is active or until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by replying to any correspondence from the initiative.
Status
This notice covers a proposed initiative in design and stakeholder consultation. It will be replaced by a full data-protection notice as the governance structure is formalised.
